Ridden Session Mechanical Horse Session
Using many different methods in her ever expanding toolbox, Claire helps you achieve your goals during a ridden session, whether that's on your own horse or a mechanical horse. Sessions always begin with a check in to encourage you to be in the moment, allowing you to feel and notice what's happening. We all have different learning styles and no two lessons are ever the same. Claire understands all too well the struggles many riders face having overcome a serious accident herself to get back in the saddle.
With this in mind, Claire loves helping riders overcome injuries. Claire works with your physiotherapist and other medical practitioners, tailoring exercises to meet individuals needs. For example, she prepares riders waiting  for joint replacement surgery, seeing them return to classes within an average time of 7 weeks and back in the saddle within 8-10 weeks.

In addition to equestrians, Claire also works with many non-riders too, including runners and golfers.
