Schedule
9.30 am informal introductions / coffee
10 am start the morning with Debbie looking at our brains and a relaxation session followed by movement with Claire.
Lunch Discussion over lunch, you choose the topic.
Post Lunch During the afternoon, continue building from the morning session with Debbie and we round off the workshop with a rider related session with Claire using Woody and the Gym balls.
3.00pm we will wrap up the day , allowing you to reflect as individuals and have specific takeaways that easily fit into your busy schedule.
Using a gym ball, learn how to follow the horses movement in walk, rising trot, sitting trot and canter in a fun, unmounted workshop.
Includes a guided worksheet so you can keep progressing at home.
