Improve functional movement, reduce pain, and move with ease
Pilates is an exercise system named after its developer, Joseph Pilates. He called his method 'Contrology' which develops breathing, concentration, control, centring, precision and flow. Joseph was one of the first to recognise the need to improve our stability muscles, to improve the function of our mobility muscles. Pilates is for everyone, all ages and all levels of fitness from beginners to elite athletes.

Additional information about online pilates
Consistency is the key. Enjoy online Pilates from your own home or yard. These sessions specifically help riders who would like to move better and feel stronger to support their time in the saddle and on the yard. Each session progressively improves your balance, stability and body awareness helping to prevent general aches and pains or re-hab from injury.
I create a safe, supportive and welcoming online space where you can work at your own pace. Some sessions are filmed live while others, the camera is open to allow me to help you directly in the moment and answer questions.
Online sessions are delivered through zoom, which is free for you to download onto your computer, iPad or mobile phone. You receive a link so you can attend the classes live. If you can't attend live, most classes are recorded and shared via the secure membership site attached to this website for you to complete at a time convenient, where you have life time access as long as your membership remains active.
If you are new to online, please email me to book a free one to one session so I can help you with equipment, positions & clothing; or answer any questions you may have.
